Going to the Circus- Part 1 By Bailey

 

The amazing circus.

I got to go to the Weber Brothers Circus. I was soooooo excited because this was my first ever circus. 

When I got there and we finally found a car park, I jumped out of the car and ‘Oh My Gosh’, the tent was so big. There were lots of lights going and it smelt like buttered popcorn.

We waited in line and showed them our tickets and then we got some food from the food cart. I picked a raspberry slushy and some popcorn. Then it was finally time to enter the big tent. 

We entered through the big flap of the tent. I couldn’t believe my eyes. There was a huge ring with so many lights going in every direction. 

We had to wait for 30 minutes for the show to start and I ate all my popcorn while waiting.

The lights all went out. It was finally time for the show to start. Everyone went silent and then the ringmaster broke through a gap in the back of the tent. She was amazing! She had a super sparkly outfit on, a big black hat, and the biggest high heels I’ve seen in my life.
