Cauliflower Pizza
We made a cauliflower pizza last night.
You get a cauliflower and chop it up.
Then put it in the blender.
Add an egg and cornflour to the blender.
Then blend until it is smooth.
Get a spoon and spread the paste onto the tin foil.
Then put it into the oven for 20 mins.
Then put cheese,tomato, and meat on top.
Cook it for 15 mins.
On Sunday we went to play netball.
Our team was very, very tall.
We all wore a lovely tutu.
We sprayed our hair a sparkly blue.
We went onto an indoor court.
The games were very, very short.
Playing netball is very fun.
But only with the sun.
On Sunday it was snowing. We went sleighing. It was fun. I went very fast.
We went on the gondola in Queenstown. I was happy. I went on the luge by myself.
Last Tuesday we got up at 5 am and went on the Blue Bridge ferry.
It was a really good sailing. We saw 4 other boats come past. 1 was a Bluebridge and 3 were Interislander ferries.
When we got into Wellington I saw an Air New Zealand and a Fiji Airways coming in to land.
Wellington was a busy place. When we were on the outskirts of Wellington it started to calm down.
It was a three and a ½ hour drive to Hawera. Then a 15 minute drive to my uncle and aunties house.
When we got there, we unloaded and got our beds ready.
It was good that my auntie had cooked dinner for us.
It was lasagna, my favourite.
We were staying there for 7 days, but in between we went out to see other family and do other things.
One of those 7 days we went to New Plymouth. It was our cousin's birthday party. It was at the school hall he goes to. It had a bouncy castle that they brought there themselves. There was delicious food and there were two big playgrounds. We had lots of fun.
After the birthday party we went to Hunting and Fishing for some arrows for my bow.
Then we drove to the carpark on Mt Taranaki. When we got there it was windy and cold. We got out and went for a walk to the lookout and got some photos.
After we got some photos we jumped back in the car and drove away because it was cold.
I love to ride my horse named Honey
She is sometimes a wee bit funny
She is always kind and looks after me
I love galloping on her, yippee!!!
Riding on the beach is fun
And she really likes to run!
In the holidays it was my birthday. I went to the roller skating rink with my best friends. I had to focus on skating. It was so much fun. We had snacks and cake while we were skating.
My favourite presents were slime with a mini pop-it and the squishmallow.

Clouds and one moon on her ceiling. She has a rainbow on the floor and a picture on the wall.
