Bailey's Lolly Cake Recipe

                    Lolly cake 


Ingredients

1 bag fruit puff lollies

1 packet of malt biscuits

100g butter

½ can of condensed milk

½ cup of coconut 

Equipment.

Bowl

Spoon

Measure cup

Pan

Stove

Instructions

  1. Put the biscuits in a food processor and then turn it on until they are all small and crumbly.

  2. Next you need to cut the fruit puffs into halves. Put them into a bowl and add the biscuit crumbs to the lollies.

  3. Next, put 100g of butter and half a tin of condensed milk into a pot and put it on the stove. Then you need to heat it up until the butter is all melted.

  4. Then you pour it into the bowl with the biscuits and lollies. Then you mix it up. It might be hard to mix but just keep going.

  5. Tip it onto a clean bench and make it into a log shape. Now you sprinkle it with coconut and roll it in the coconut so it sticks.

  6. Then cover it in food wrap and put it in the fridge for about an hour to set hard.

  7. Once it is all set hard you take it out of the wrap and slice it. 

  8. Then eat it all up. But not all at once or you will get a sore tummy.
