Bailey has made sherbet

 I made sherbet this morning. I found the idea in the newsletter. I’ve never made it before so I was very excited to make it.

I got the ingredients out of the pantry. It was hard to choose between orange or strawberry jelly. In the end I chose strawberry because it's my favourite.  

I got out a little bowl and some spoons. I carefully measured out the ingredients and mixed them together. Then I tasted it to see if it was good but it wasn't so I added more jelly and then I tasted it again and it was great.

I licked my finger and I put it in the sherbert. My finger got all covered in the power. I then put it in my mouth. Omg it was so good and fizzy all on my tongue.
